New Student Registration

Here is what is needed for registration (any grade level):

- completed registration packet (available at the elementary campus)

- original social security card

- original birth certificate

- up to date immunization records (http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/immunize/docs/school/6-14.pdf)

- parent/guardian driver’s license
