District Information

The Normangee Independent School District is located in Normangee, Texas, in the southern portion of Leon County.  Normangee is located 32 miles northeast of Bryan/College Station, 115 miles north of Houston, and 145 miles south of Dallas.  NISD is a 1A school with approximately 560 students, grades PreK - 12th.  There are 87 Faculty/Staff members.  Our school population consists of 85.2% White, 7.3% Black, 6.1% Hispanic, 1.4% Native American/Asian.
