Mrs. Rogers' Life Skills Class
The mission of Life Skills is to support the unique needs of students and to provide a positive environment which prepares them to live work and enjoy life in their community.
I want to personally welcome every student and their families to my class this year. My name is Phyllis Rogers. I graduated from Texas A&M (Whoop!) in 1982 and I have been teaching Life Skills at Normangee ISD for 22 years.
If you need to contact me, you can reach me at the elementary at (936) 396-9999 or firstname.lastname@example.org. My conference time is from 11:30 - 12:15. Please call or email me ahead of time so I can make arrangements for your visit.
Our school day begins with announcements from our principle at 8:05 a.m. every morning. The schedules in our room are different for every child as we service Pre-K thru 5th grade. However the children all have lunch from 10:40 - 11:25.
I have 2 para-professionals, Penny Roddey and Stephanie Noack, who attend class with my students and help them with their class work. We all work together to help each child reach their full potential.
