Public comments will be conducted in accordance with Board Policy BE and BED (Local).
Key Information:

Sign-Up Deadline: 9:00 AM on the day of the board meeting

Time Limit: 3 minutes per speaker

Order of Comments: Public comments will take place at the beginning of each board meeting.
Special-Called Meetings:

Comments must relate to a posted agenda item.

A sign-up form is required and may also be obtained and submitted through the Superintendent’s office.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Public comments do not need to relate to an agenda item.
Please complete all requested information on the sign-up form prior to the deadline.
