The NISD Technology Help Desk provides support to educators and students throughout the district, and is the single point of contact for troubleshooting computer hardware, software, network and Internet resources.  The Help Desk provides support for both the instructional and operational roles and goals of our district, and is responsible for providing support and assistance to hundreds of users each day.

The Help Desk is available from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding school holidays.

A Special Reminder to Faculty Regarding Personal Devices

If you are setting up your NISD gSuite (Google Apps) account on a personal device, such as your personal cell phone or tablet -- you must secure your device with a password or passcode. This is to prevent unauthorized access to your district account in the event your device is lost or stolen.
