Public Comment Sign-Up Form

Public comments will be conducted in accordance with Board Policy BE and BED (Local).

Key Information:
 

  • Sign-Up Deadline: 9:00 AM on the day of the board meeting

  • Time Limit: 3 minutes per speaker

  • Order of Comments: Public comments will take place at the beginning of each board meeting.
     

Special-Called Meetings:
 

  • Comments must relate to a posted agenda item.

  • A sign-up form is required and may also be obtained and submitted through the Superintendent’s office.
     

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
 

  • Public comments do not need to relate to an agenda item.
